It's true in every sport.
Bottom feeders literally get no respect from referees. It drives the fans nutty, as it should do.
But, there is only one way to start getting calls. Make plays and win games anyway.
Eventually, you earn the refs' respect. But it takes time.
No DBs should be allowed to grab the arm of a receiver on that kind of play.
That was a missed call.
