The offense is designed by offensive specialists...and to be QB friendly in that there is always a "out" for the QB
to get ...something - even just a few yds. Goff checked down a lot...and that's good - it's like the 49ers attack with Montana/Young...
an extended hand-off. What was great was that it kept the offense in manageable 3rd downs.
Kupp, Reynolds and Everett have VERY very good hands...and that really helps to keep a drive alive.
Now, add Watkins/Woods to that group along with MThomas/Spruce, etc and drops should be much lower this year.
Watkins has some GREAT hands too...really strong/powerful to the ball.
