I love Donald but this is getting so selfish and out of hand I'm all for the player but in this case the dude has contractual obligations if he had a year left I'd be ok with it but damn not only are you setting a poor example when the culture is undergoing an overhaul and needs you but ending your contract early holding out and then trying for two pay days is being greedy. Just like the trade below you have to give a little to get a little. Take the supposive 70 million possibly being offered as guaranteed money and play it out in 2 years you can you can suffer a career ending injury but at least you got 70 mil and then some not to mention endorsements etc. and if you keep in shape play well like you have been even with a slight decline in five years you still can get a couple more bucks out of Rams or another team. To me Donald is showing poor character or just poor judgement in listening to a blood thirty agent who makes a boat load of money off him and others and more than likely has never taken an actual football hit in his lifetime.
Donald and Goff (despite is good showing) to the skins for cousins (assuming he agrees to extension) and josh Norman and a 1st round pick possibly settling on a second rounder.
Then that provides some flexibility with tru trade him possibly to Pitt get a lineman offensive or defensive or keep tru and have two very good corners either way tru will not be needed next year so his 17 mill drops off your gaining a pick and an established qb should automatically put this team into the playoffs cousins knows the system has an abundance of weapons at his disposal as well a a corner who is actually better than tru.
