Correction, Goff did not miss a TD to Sammy. Watkins dropped a perfectly thrown ball b/c Raiders DB used savvy vet move to keep Watkins from extending his right arm to make a grab in the end zone.
Like Demoff said, Goff missed on four passes. One was Watkins TD drop, another was a mix up on routes between JG/SW and a third was a smart throw away. He was damn near perfect throwing the ball last night.

The TD pass to Kupp off his back foot was a thing of beauty. Kupp was wide open, but Goff floated the ball perfectly into the end zone.
The WR's seem to be getting open in McVay's O so I'm sure that's a big plus for Goff.
If I was going to critique, I would say Goff needs to push the ball down the field more.
That was a nice ball. That out to Higbee was also a good throw. He just missed a TD to Watkins on the last drive too.
What I like is that he seems really intelligent, and is willing to do the work to improve. You can't ask for better traits in a young player.
