On just Dunbar, if he;s injured in camp the Rams owe him for his contract. Teams can't just throw players out if they're injured in camp.

They could have an injury settlement. Or IR him, which these days includes the possibility of bringing him back. A player on IR counts against the cap.

If it;s an injury settlement, that counts against the cap as well.
