It would put them over the cap. They would have to cut 1 or 2 players who add up to 5 m.
The candidates for that are some combination of Saffold, Barwin, Harkey, Westbrooks, and/or Cody Davis.
Doing just Harkey and Davis doesn't get them to 5 M.
