sooooooooo much more confident & comfortable in his own skin. Coach McVAY's influence is very evident !!!! Jared will always be soft-spoken and laid back off the field (it's his personality ; who he is), but I'm lovin the changes I'm seeing. Time will tell, but I see all of this as a great sign
