I agree that 7 will be the number on the 53 man roster.
Reynolds wouldn't make it to the PS. As a 4th round pick, someone would snatch him up. Spruces skillset is redundant with Woods, Kupp, and Cooper being able to do what he does.
So I see your 7 with Spruce and Reynolds being switched.
