I'm not sure what your point is. If your talking about players turning their career around, that is a completely different subject. Now your talking seasons...not a game.

That discussion was focused on the game. The Rams could have been 10-0 and then lost a game because Goff was sacked 8 times. I could make the same statement and it would be correct.

You can't take a thread talking about a specific game and use it as an example of a player or a group of players turning their career/season around. If you have a bad hour in a day and later that day hit the lottery, it still was a bad hour in that day. The whole day was great and you may forget about the hour...but nonetheless, that that hour was bad.
