Lol. I think you took that personally.
The voice talking to "grandpa" in that post is not supposed to be me talking to you. It's ALL of our grandchildren talking to ALL us longtime Rams fans.
The joke, which is pretty dark and ironic, is that holdouts are as much part of the Rams tradition as anything else. Having a pretty dark sense of humor, I can appreciate the irony of that.
Here's a joke of the same variety. Imagine any Rams fan, me if you like, years from now, and an interested earnest grandchild asks "hey grandpa, was there ever a time when the Rams actually had a winning season?" And after I answer he goes "wow, that long ago.........:was that even after they invented cars?"
