I think they need to wait at least half the year. If he can stay healthy and produces like a number 1 then they
can try to start contract talks. If they can't get that done then they can tag him and try to work out a deal.
They tagged TJ twice and this last year after he was average at best. Tagging a stud #1 Watkins if he is
that is a no brainer.At least he would have "earned" the tag.
