All things being equal, that age thing is important in the draft. As in, if you have a bunch of guys with the same grade, and you think they'll all help your team in roughly the same way . . . next tie-breaker is age.

I'd pick the youngest athletes and free agents in that case.

I think Kupp is going to be really good for the Rams. But I wish he were younger. The younger players give you more peak years, theoretically. You get more of their athletic max time.
