so many clowns since DV : Spags : Martz : Fisher : and Linehan. Like I've said a million times, head coaching ( in any sport) is all about dealing w/ people. Understanding everybody's different personalities & pushing the right buttons. McVAY seems like a good guy & does come across as a natural leader. Time will tell ~ God knows we deserve it = going on 20 years of pure garbage at the head coaching position
