It seems that nearly everyone is looking at the surface.
I remember in 99' listening to Eagles' radio and they were checking their schedule for surefire wins... Well they came to the Rams and they all laughed and agreed that there was no way they would lose that one. And the Eagles did actually win that game but only because the Rams pulled their starters.
What if Fisher and company got more out of the defensive players and Wade just has an average group? On the flip side what if McVay is sitting on a ton of under-utilized offensive talent? Few if any talking heads , writers, etc. have even considered that view. They just see Goff (add player name) sucked last year and so he sucks. No one knows what the Rams have, good or bad. I happen to think they have a considerable amount of talent.
I agree with the 10-6 prediction. And I don't see worse than 8-8 unless there are a slew of injuries.
