The fact that you say he is border line Hall Of Fame says enough. I think most people recognize he was a very good player.
He was typically not a top 5 runningback in most seasons. Normally somewhere between 5-15
but he was durable and put up many good years and had longevity and is #18 on all-time rushing yards which is a pretty good accomplishment.
#18 all-time rushing yards
#31 all-time rushing touchdowns
Now, Issac Bruce, that is a different story. That is somebody who is completely underrated. #5 all-time receiving yards
