Look: Grob simply is not an NFL LT. He hasn't been able to master the technique and he clearly doesn't have the mental focus.
If the Lions seriously have already installed him as their LOT, they are in deep doo-doo at that position.

The man didn't change uniforms and in 1 month go from one one of the worst LOTs to an NFL average LOT.
