Naturally GROB is the starting LT, they don't have anyone else and is the sole reason they made the trade to acquire him so they could start somebody who has NFL experience. I expect Robinson to struggle because from the neck up, he's worth a dime and for them to count the days until Taylor Decker gets back into the lineup.
As to Quick similar scenario, just not the highest football IQ from day one and maybe that is why the current staff has put a higher priority on being able to run routes and pick up stunts for example.
I don;'t think the new staff puts a higher priority on doing your job (running routes, pocking up stunts).
I just think the new staff did not draft these guys and therefore has no stake in being patient with them.
As it stands right now though, looking at the main 22 starters, it looks like the new staff will be starting 16 guys they inherited. Frankly, that's a lot. So it's far from being all bad.
