As you may remember, (all of you)... last year I went from thinking Gurley was simply maximizing runs - running up the back of his blockers and getting what he could when blocking broke down - - - to doubting his vision, his ability to spot and take advantage of daylight... for 'unknown' reasons but simply 'not being good at it' a possible reason.
Also... and I believe for the first time, I began to consider that he allowed the limelight to get to him. Lost his focus on football. Now that's something I don't want to believe, (or maybe I do, it would mean he could possibly get it back), and I'm not saying I 'know' that's what happened... just saying that for maybe the first time I have to admit that I consider it a very real possibility. - JamesJM
