Brian Quick is like a rookie. He has really no experience running NFL routes since the Rams did not run a NFL offense.
He hasn't had a chance to get the work and practice in to develop because of the limited offense he has been exposed to during his career.
It is difficult for a team to invest veteran salary into a player that is so lacking in experience and knowledge and fundamentals.
It will be interesting. If he can show enough to get through his first season, he may still have a career. But risk/investment may be too much for a team to take on, because there are other True Rookie players that can be had cheaper with similar physical skills.
