I used to wonder why NFL coaches didn't show their players video of the top players and, in essence, tell them, "this is how it's done."

I like that McVay is using this tool and having the team study how the elite players and the elite teams do things. That video where he cuts up a pass route by Julio Jones was encouraging. You watch the way good teams play and you wonder, "Why can't the Rams play like that?"

This is a great start.
