I think they're trying to get a feel for exactly how many people will actually be interested in the Chargers.....not much I would suspect.
...the Rams sheet-the-bed again this year and SD, er LA Chargers make the playoffs. SD hasn't been good in a while but they at least play an exciting brand of offensive football.
I got a feeling the Rams will soon be exciting once again on offense....just a hunch.
And yes, if Chargers win, it will be a HUGE help to them trying to sale 70,000 PSL's...obviously it would be huge help for Rams too, but if there is a team that is in much more need to win to sell, it is the Chargers right now.
