The entire Rams coaching staff has been dismissed and replaced top to bottom because it was one giant 5 year failure under Fisher.
Will this one do any better? Probably. Hard to do any worse.
Will Goff, having a full off season of good coaching, learning and practicing a new offense as the starter and therefore getting the reps and attention make a difference? Sure. It is not very often that it doesn't. His teammates say he looks like a different guy. Sure, that might just be teammate talk, but the media who have covered him like white on rice say the same thing.
