McVay, Lafleur, Kromer and Phillips have all scouted this team at least once for a game. They know the players weaknesses. They know what can be corrected and what cannot.

This is what encourages me with Goff. They must see something in him and Mannion or they would have brought in a Kaepernick, a McCown or a Glennon or something.
