That throw, in particular, was about as perfect as can be. Talk about threading a needle! He hit Waddy in perfect stride. The ball couldn't have gotten anymore than eight or nine feet off the ground at its highest point ... and hit Waddy between the '8' and '0.'
Ferragamo just had *such* a beautiful throwing motion. He had an outstanding arm ... but his motion was so compact! Aikman had probably the most compact release I've ever seen ... but Ferragamo was in that class of thrower. The ball came out of his hand so clean it just popped!
