That showed more fans (51 percent) wanted both the Raiders and Chargers to move to LA than wanted the Rams (38 percent). Still, the history is there and if the Rams can quickly develop a consistent winning franchise again over the next couple of years, the Rams will be the predominant NFL team in LA for years to come. But they have their work cut out for them. Snead had better up his game in finding players.
