I suspect that in this coming season it won't meet my hopes, (which is .500 or better), due to 'coming together' and some very 'iffy' talent in key positions.

I do consider the 'culture change' significant, however... and vital. It 'could' manifest itself into a season like you're predicting. Lord knows we are LONG overdue for a 'surprise' season... a break-out. - JamesJM
