He is a very incomplete wide receiver

He is a threat, but not the killer down the sideline or in the middle of the field.
He probably won't ever be.
On a team with a vet QB and vet OL perhaps

My guess is we will be in a fine spot to take the top WR in the next draft as a long as our QB comes alive
With such poor stats from his numerous targets, Tavon has to have an epic year to avoid becoming the "designated" decoy.
