Ramdom
"Kupp was incredible in college but it was small school opponents and he's a rookie." I keep hearing this, and although it is true, he has a handful of games against Pac 12 teams, and some of them good pac 12 teams, and he killed them. He didn't only do okay, he buried them. His numbers didn't drop, if anything they peaked. If we are really looking at his performance against top competition, he excelled. Granted it is limited exposure, but enough to judge him fairly and to cause us to stop using the small school label.
Aeneas Williams, London Fletcher, the Rams have some experience with exceptional performers that came the small school route. We will know soon how Kupp will do, and I think he will be very successful.

Kupp has been hearing the "small school" mantra forever, Ramdom.

But we should consider a few things.

He played extremely well vs PAC 12 competition in real games in college.

He impressed at the Senior Bowl practices against top flight competition.

He impressed the players and coaches in the Ram rookie mini-camp.

Don't know about you, but I'm seeing a trend here.

Doesn't mean that he'll do the same against Ram vets in the upcoming practices, but I'm optimistic that he can continue to improve and impress.

And he's just one of three drafted O weapons that McVay now has to play with.

Hot Damn!
