I mean, little to criticize about the Ram offseason moves is there? Especially regarding the O.
Hiring an O oriented HC in McVay.
McVay, in turn, hiring very impressive like minded O asst coaches.
The FA moves all make a ton of sense and demonstrate a plan focused on big O improvement.
The draft picks also showed a heavy emphasis on talented O players. Moreover, players that fit McVay's scheme.
Looking back, it doesn't seem like the Rams missed too many realistic opportunities to significantly improve their O. Maybe the Groy thing?
They're not done tweaking this roster pending other players that might become available, but it's already clear that this McVay O will bear little resemblance to last year's. And that's a very good thing. This will NOT be another 32nd ranked O in '17.
Color me both impressed and optimistic. Both for the short and the long term.
