I'd much rather have to stand up once in awhile instead of being stuck in the middle and have to do the walk of shame though everybody when you have to go get a drink or bathroom... sat with my friend last year in his seats and he was in the middle, it sucked. Inconveniencing everybody was a real concern for me...
So the up down at the aisle..or slide out to stairs while people are moving in and out is the lesser of 2 evils for me
