It appears that he has put together a pretty solid coaching staff. And he at least has had some success with NFL offenses in recent years. I am hoping that he can stop the trend for the offense overall. I mean the entire offense trended down last season except for perhaps one or two players... or maybe just one.

I too believe that Fisher, and his decision to promote someone largely unqualified to run the offense, was detrimental. It would also appear that the move to LA had some bearing considering at least a few of the coaches said they were tired... idk
