Totally agree. For a young team especially between Hard Knocks, this and that TV show that Britt, Saffold and some others were on it created all sorts of distractions not good for them. I'm hopeful simply by eliminating all that noise around them creates more focus. Not to mention the different vibe this coaching staff gives and the influx of more leaders like Whitworth, Barwin, Woods, Webster, and even some of the rookies.
