DL (6)- Donald, Brockers, Easley, Westbrooks, Walker, Smart (In a 3-4 seven DL are too many)
LB (8)- Barwin, Quinn, Ogletree, Barron, Forrest, Ebukam, Price, Littleton (I believe Hager is an MLB type that fits more in a 4-3)
CB (6)- Johnson, Webster, Gaines, Robey-Coleman, Jordan, Countess
S (5)- Joyner, Alexander, Johnson, Davis, Christian
ST (3)- McQuaide, Hekker, Zuerlein

I like your list just slightly better than 93's, 21. By a hair.
I agree with 6 WR's, but I doubt that Marquez is one of them. There will be other ST players to replace Marquez, and I expect one of our other WR's will step up under McVay's staff. I feel somewhat confident about this.
I think Rhaney is very iffy, too. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see either Eldrenkamp or McMeans make the 53. Kromer reportedly really likes one of them. Like you, I feel that Donnal is in.
Rogers is gonna make the 53. Don't know if he'll be the 4th RB or the 4th "TE", but he'll make the 53. They drafted him for a reason. Another one that I feel confident about.
Now the list is perfect. Lol.
Man, the bottom of that D roster is hard to predict. Gonna be a knock down, drag out for those final 3-4 spots. Gonna be all about camp and Wade's preferences.
The bottom of the WR and OL roster seems like another crapshoot, too. Camp battles will literally make or break careers, huh?
