If you turn that around and say Goff was with the Cowboys, I would argue that he would have looked MUCH better than he did with the Rams last year. Now that we have an offensive minded HC, some receivers that can actually catch the ball, and hopefully an improved OL, Goff will show us something, cause he sure didn't look good in 2016.
