Rams spending on UDFAs is down

They did not spend more than 10k on any UDFA. It may be why the group seems so unimpressive. The FO was either unimpressed with the players available or players went other ways.

Also expect to see a bunch of roster cuts. The Rams are officially hold the rights to 91 players and there is always a few straggler signings.
