Gurley not following blocking scheme last year tied to drafting a FB?

Maybe this is a way to get him more focused, get him to follow the play drawn up. Alternatively, for how many years in a row have we been unable to make 3rd or 4th and 1? It may just be an assessment of our weaknesses.
