I think they traded down after Budda Baker went off the board the pick before, who has all manner of "explosive" measureables.

Then they identified and moved down to lessen the reach on Everett because of the run after catch, missed tackles, measurables at the combine, etc.

For round 3 take a look at guys with "explosive" tape and workouts. It's probably going to continue.
