Pharoah Brown - Oregon - too many drops and has never really came back fully from that leg injury. I have serious doubts he gets drafted in a class this deep.

Jonnu Smith would be a serious target in round 4 IMO.
Same can be said for Kittles.
Blake Jarwin - I think one of the most under rated TEs in the field along with Orndoff. Jarwin has a chance to become an eventual starter in a couple of years.
