Personally, I think the best plan is WR at 37, and OC at 69. I would target defense no sooner than round 4.

I don't feel you can say that until the pick at 37 rolls around. Players drop, value is high, and unless you wouldn't pick a player just because of a position of need unless he has your highest value.

If a you're sitting there at 37 and you saw some combination of Malik McDowell, Carl Lawson, Takk McKinley, Charles Harris, Jarrad Davis, Zach Cunningham, Tre' White, etc. you bypass them for inferior talent because it wasn't good the year before? I'd take pause if Engram were still there, but I don't see how you pass on some of those guys at that spot, and I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.
