I expect significant improvement from Goff.

How can it be otherwise?

Dramatically better O coaching from top to bottom.
Anticipated better scheming and playcalling.
Teammates that are more likely to make plays for him than last year's crew. (Fewer drops, getting more open, better hands, not missing audibles, etc).
Probable top shelf TE and/or WR on the way via draft.
Even better D expected from Wade, resulting in more possession opportunities for Goff.
If this "new" OL under Kromer isn't a big improvement, I'll be flabbergasted.
Gurley has GOT to be more effective this year, don't you think?

All these things improve Goff's learning and growth environment.

I'm cautiously optimistic, tbh.
