Yes Snead and McVay have played nice and there seems to be a camaraderie between the two, however, this could very much be like Atlanta with Thomas Dimitroff & Dan Quinn or if the Rams have another tough season then Snead will be the last one gone. IMO, I think Snead & McVay do actually have a good rapport and McVay wants to focus on the field and let Snead take care of personnel, but anyone guess is as good as mine.
