So hard to tell how it will shake out. Once you get past about the 45th overall pick if you're a CB needy team and haven't landed a guy you want why wouldn't you call the Rams? But in the end if they do keep him there are a lot worse problems to have. He'll be highly motivated. The Rams won't franchise him a 3rd time. They're in good cap shape (really good for 2018).
