When is the last time anything they've done (that looks good on paper) has ever led to good on field results?

They even managed to screw up a championship team by shipping out a HOF QB...and all-time good guy..... because he hurt his thumb and no one in the organization seemed to have a clue how to handle it.

They seem to get a decent HC, and then a lousy FO.
Then they seem to get a decent FO, and hire lousy HCs.
They they seem to have a decent draft only to have their top pick to turn out be a dud.
On and on and on and on and.....
And now we have hired a guy to run the team who is barely old enough to buy a beer and I'm supposed to think that winning is just around the corner?

There is only one measure that counts: winning games. The rest is a bunch of fantasy football stuff that is meaningless to me.

Wake me when it happens.
