Pharoh needs to step it up.
Besides soaking in the playbook well he was basically just there.
Besides that he isn't too nifty footwork wise and can't get in the 4.5 area at all.
Its pretty much a do over at WR this year.
Cooper may not see much time vs a better WR talent we acquire soon.
