They downgraded from Britt to woods. And everything else is the same. So they still are very weak at WR. Spruce can't stay healthy, Cooper didn't do much and Marquez is a special teamer at best.
On Spruce and Cooper, it's not wise to jump to conclusions based on a rookie season IMO.
We can't assume continued bad health based on one year and growth is a natural part of the game. Cooper still has upside.So no, things are not necessarily the same.
