I'm not sure why Fisher and Snead and company insisted on having the youngest roster in the NFL. It certainly accomplished nothing for Fisher other then getting his ass fired.

Nothing wrong with having veteran players in position to be with the team at least for a couple years. Perhaps the Rams would have been more successful with more veterans on the roster.

George Allen was a coach who hated rookies for good reason. MISTAKES are made by rookies and the Rams the last 5 years made a ton of mistakes every game on the field.
