See the post from 6 months ago. After years of pounding the table, they went back and did the things they should have done years ago.
1) Get a coach with more of a Martz ability of creating uncertainty on defense, creating space, developing players, and putting those players in positon to make plays
2) replace greg robinson to stabilize the offensive line
3) upgrade the WRs
