Without specific informationm of which none of us are privy, it would be disingenuous to conclude anything. In fact it would be dangerous. Someone almost always gets arrrested when a call is made in a domestic situation. These cases often go sideways for an infinate number of reasons including no provable crime occurred. Without the actual police reports, interviews of the subjects and eyewitness we know nothing. The only thing I can conclude from the information I have seen is that both the Rams and NFL will conduct an investigation and then may or may not take action. If they take no action we can conclude that Westbrooks may continue to play in the NFL without discipline.
