Players get hurt and the lifespan is short. Players get new contracts and move on. You need to draft players that can impact the team immediately.
Hence the Greg Robinson thing never made any sense at all. None whatsoever.
Huh??? Quinn, Jenks and Tru were all pretty impactful players from early stages of their career, unfortunately the NFL is a violent game and injuries happen and there is a salary cap and you can't keep everyone...wish it was a utopia, but it's not.
