The O was never mostly about the personnel; it was about Fisher.

Foles is a fine QB; certainly not a top level, but plenty good enough to lead a team to the playoffs.

I doubt Tom Brady could have done much better under Fisher.

Wasn't Foles already falling apart when the Eagles traded him to the Rams?
